Foot drill is part of the training regimen of a Scout Troop. Scouting discipline is enhanced by drill, as it requires instant obedience to commands and synchronized completion of said commands with the others in the Troop. Besides sharp-looking, tight formations help each Scout to feel proud of the group they belong to.
Silent drill is a further extension of Foot Drill! A perfect delivery of it requires endless practices, tacit understanding & sky high morale!
